Barclays Fan Fest Claw Game Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER WHO IS A REGISTERED ATTENDEE OF THE PREMIER LEAGUE FAN FEST. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to: [1] legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia (having a valid Social Security Number (SSN)); [2] who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry; and [3] who are a registered attendees and attend the Premier League Fan Fest at Lincoln Park in Chicago, IL (the “Entrant(s)” or “Participant(s)”). Officers, directors, employees and agents of Barclays Bank Delaware (Barclays or the "Sponsor") its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, The Premier League, Iris USA LLC, Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”) and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in households of each, whether or not related, are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these official rules (the “Official Rules”) or interfere with the Promotion in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that participant’s eligibility to participate in this Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 5:00:00 am Central Time (“CT”) on September 21, 2024 and ends at 1:00:00 pm CT on September 22, 2024 or when prize supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”), which is further divided into two (2) Entry Periods (each an “Entry Period(s)”) as defined in the chart below. The Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Promotion and will solely determine the time by which Entrant’s game play.

HOW TO ENTER/PLAY:

Step 1: Take a place in line to play the Claw Machine (the “Claw Machine”) at the Barclays booth during the scheduled/posted Fan Fest hours of operation. A Barclays Brand Ambassador (the “BA”) will provide you with an on-site Agreement (the “Agreement”) that is required to be completed prior to game play. You will need to provide your first and last name, signature, and verify that you are 18 years of age or older and have read the Official Rules. The Agreement must be signed by the Entrant prior to game play. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of game play. If applicable, Entrant may designate their minor child to play on Entrant’s behalf, however, any prize won as a result of this game play will be awarded to the Entrant and not minor child. For Barclays customers only if you show proof of being a current Barclays customer to the BA, i.e., credit card issued by Barclays or savings account holder via Barclays App, you will receive priority access to the Game.

Step 2: Prior to game play, the BA will explain the guidelines of the Instant Win Game and provide instructions on what to do before, during and after interacting with the Claw Machine (See Claw Machine guidelines below.).

Step 3:Use the joystick of Claw Machine up, down, left or right to move the crane following the guidelines set forth herein to start game play. After you have properly positioned the crane over the plastic sphere with the desired prize, push the drop button. Once the Claw grabs the desired prize the Claw Machine will pull over the prize automatically to drop into the prize chute.

Step 4: The BA will retrieve the plastic sphere from the prize chute and verify the prize inside the plastic sphere. All Entrants will proceed to the activation counter after playing the claw game to receive their prize OR a tennis fan, if a prize was not won while supplies last, and will receive instructions on how to claim their prize if they are a winner.

Claw Machine guidelines:

• Each Game Play (the “Game Play”) will be set for :20 seconds to allow participants one (1) attempt to grab the desired prize before the time expires.
• The Claw Machine will be equipped with 150 plastic spheres containing prizes available and non-winning nerf soccer balls.
• There are a total of 61 prizes available to be won per Entry Period.
• Before Game Play, and after signing the Agreement, each eligible Entrant will get their event wristband checked off with a sharpie or stamp by a BA to record their turn at the Claw Machine.
• Entrant cannot tip the Claw Machine at any time during game play.
• Prizes dropped during play by the Claw are void.
• Entrant will be directed to stop Game Play at the Claw Machine after time expires.
• Entrant will be awarded a prize (while supplies last), based on the plastic sphere grabbed by the claw and deposited in the receptacle (see the Prizes section below) and as verified by the BA.
• A winning plastic sphere contains an insert indicating the prize indicated, a green circle with a $ sign which represents the Barclays Online Savings Account prize or a Cyan circle with the plane icon which represents the Grand Prize.
• Determination of prize won is contained within the plastic sphere matching prize signage on footprint.
• All prize awards are subject to verification by the Sponsor and/or their assigns whose decisions are final and binding.
• The number of prizes available will diminish as each prize is awarded/redeemed. Entrants who receive a plastic sphere containing non-winning nerf soccer ball will be able to keep the nerf soccer ball.
• Prize restrictions apply, see Additional Conditions sections at the end of these rules.
• There is a limit of one (1) game play per person per Entry Period.

PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prizes (awarded one (1) per Entry Period): A five (5) day/four (4) night trip for Winner and one guest to London, England to attend a Premier League Soccer Match from May 22, 2025 through May 26, 2025. Trip consists of round-trip business class air transportation from a major international airport nearest Winner's home to London, England, four (4) nights’ double occupancy hotel accommodations, round trip ground transportation to hotel from airport, round trip ground transportation to and from Premier League match/tour, one (1) tour as determined by Sponsor, a Welcome Dinner, $1,000 cash for spending money for Winner (awarded in the form of a check) and two (2) tickets to a match as determined by the Sponsor on May 25, 2025. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $27,161 each. Each Grand Prize Winner will also receive a check in the amount of $7,864.80, that may be used to assist with the payment of associated taxes. Maximum ARV $35,309.30 each. Actual value of Prize may vary based on point of departure and existing rates at the time of booking and dates of travel. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. All specifics of travel will be at Sponsor’s discretion. Some restrictions may apply.

Additional conditions of Grand Prize trips:

• Prize will be forfeited if any Winner is not available to travel from May 22, 2025, through May 26, 2025. Tickets will be provided to the match on May 25, 2025, as determined by Sponsor.
• Winners and guests must agree to be videotaped/photographed while on the trip without additional compensation and if winner or guest fails to agree, the prize will be forfeited (except where prohibited by law) in Sponsor’s sole discretion and an alternate winner will be notified time permitting. Winners and guests will be required to sign a release.
• All travel arrangements must be made through Marden-Kane, or its designated agent, and Grand Prize Winners and guests will be required to travel together on the same itinerary.
• Winners of the Grand Prize will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release; and where legal, a Publicity Release; and IRS Form W-9, and both winner and guest must complete a Travel Release Form all of which must be returned within the time allotted. If Winner’s guest is a minor in their state of residence (NE under 19 and MS under 21) the documents must be signed by their parent and/or legal guardian.
• Winners and guests must possess and are responsible for obtaining and must have valid passport which must not expire within six (6) months from trip return date, or ID or other required documentation for international travel.
• Winners and guests will be required to follow COVID-19-related requirements that may be imposed by your state, travel suppliers and governments, if applicable.
• Winners and guests are responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain at their own expense and hereby acknowledges that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.
• Prize does not include any other incidentals not mentioned in these Official Rules such as, but not limited to, special seating assignments, baggage fees, alcoholic beverages, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. All other expenses not stated herein as part of the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.
• Sponsor is not responsible if tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or other similar items are lost, stolen, or misplaced by Winner and will not be replaced or if booked transportations are missed, cancelled or delayed for any reason.
• Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The Winners or the guests (who is 21 years of age or older) must provide the hotel with a valid credit card for incidentals (including room service, mini-bar and pay-per-view television) and/or damages to the hotel room.
• Ground transportation to/from winner’s home/departure airport and transportation in destination city (other than as stated above) are NOT included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
• Specifics of prize package are subject to availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of trip will be furnished with prize notification. Other restrictions may apply.
• Winners and guests are bound by the terms and conditions of all airlines, hotels and other third-party service providers used in connection with the Prize.
• Prize Winners will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules.
• Seat locations for the match will be determined by Sponsor who also reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any Winner and/or his/her guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the match.
• In the event that season finale match or any portion of prize or any other event or activity is unable to take place as planned for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts, lockout, labor dispute, strike, inclement weather, or an event of force majeure, the remaining components of the prize will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation or substitution will be provided.

Additional Conditions of Instant Win Prizes:

• Winners of the Barclays Online Savings Accounts must be eighteen years of age or older, a US resident and complete a W-9. Winners will be provided with instructions to open the account via URL which must be opened within 30 days of prize notification.
• If Winners of the JetBlue, Frontier, Emirates, Breeze Airways and Wyndham Rewards prizes do not have loyalty/rewards accounts then the Winners will need to create loyalty/rewards accounts which are free within thirty (30) days of prize notification. Wyndham Rewards points must be claimed no later than (30) days after receipt of prize notification communication from Administrator.  Wyndham Rewards, Inc. not responsible for any prizes that are undelivered as a result of winner’s failure to respond to such prize notification communication within such time frame.  The awarding, possession and use of Wyndham Rewards points is subject to the terms and conditions of the Wyndham Rewards Program then in effect, including, without limitation, terms and conditions governing the expiration and forfeiture of such points.
• Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions, and bylaws for use and redemption will apply.
• By participating in the Promotion, Winners understand the Event may be recorded and consent to the use of his/her name, city/state of residence, photograph, visual and/or audio likeness for advertising or promotional purposes by Sponsor and their designees, including but not limited to the posting on Sponsor’s website and/or social media, use in advertising, without additional compensation, permission or notification except where prohibited by law.

Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All prizes may not be awarded. All details of prizes not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor and prize provider. Except as provided herein, no cash, transfers or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right, where lawful, to substitute a prize (or prize component) with one of comparable or greater value. If prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor and/or prize provider, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded; provided, however, that if prizes are awarded but unclaimed or forfeited by recipient, prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By accepting prize, Prize Winners acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules. ODDS: Odds of winning per Entry Period for the Grand Prize: 1:150, First Prize: 1:10, Gap Prize: 1:30, Carnival Prize: 1:30, JetBlue Prize: 1:30, Frontier Prize: 1:30, Emirates Prize: 1:30, Wyndham Rewards Prize: 1:30. Priceline Prize: 1:30. AARP Credit Cards from Barclays Prize: 1:30, Breeze Airways Prize: 1:30. However, the odds will increase every time a Prize is removed from the game.

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded. A full list of prize conditions will be furnished onsite upon request or at time of prize award.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize Winners will be notified via email within three (3) business days of prize verification. Potential Prize Winners will be required to complete, sign and properly execute [1] an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where applicable by law) (collectively the “Affidavit”) and [2] an IRS Form W-9, and [3] both winner and guest must complete a Travel Release Form, all of which must be returned within the time allotted. If a potential Winner refuses the prize, such potential Winner forfeits all rights to be deemed a Winner in the Promotion and receive the prize, then that potential Prize Winner will be disqualified. If the prize is won by an eligible individual who is not of the legal age of majority in the state of residence (minor), the required documents must be confirmed and signed by winner’s parent or legal guardian, and the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to fulfill all requirements imposed on the winner set forth herein. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Except where prohibited by law, the Winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, and biographical information without further compensation. All other Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility onsite to claim a prize. Affidavits must be signed by the Winners prior to receiving a prize. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Promotion, Entrants, or, if minor in his/her state of residence, their parents or legal guardians, agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and photographs/likenesses, including but not limited to the posting of Winner’s name on the Sponsors website(s), in a Winners List or other online announcements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Upon request, Winners must consent to such in writing. Participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, The Premier League, participating prize partners, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, Iris USA LLC, Marden-Kane, Inc. (collectively, the “Releasees”) and their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. U.S. law governs this Promotion. Releasees are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical or mechanical malfunctions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or website, inability to submit the online registration form/Waiver, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or personal device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion or Barclays emcee/BA’s, attendees and other noise associated with the event impacting Entrants performance. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Promotion is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be posted on site; and Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Caution: Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

PRIVACY: Information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing, to notify winners, and fulfill prizes, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor or any third parties unless entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor or a third party. By participating in the Promotion, Participant hereby acknowledges that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy located at BarclaycardUS.com.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Delaware. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. In addition, any dispute relating to the Promotion (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in the state of Delaware. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
